Most recently Mike has been part of the easyJet executive team, where simplification has been at the heart of delivering the company’s growth aspirations.
Mike will share:
- How structural simplification can only get you so far
- Why you’re asking for trouble by not aligning culture, capability and knowledge behind a collective vision for simplicity
- Finally, the role leaders must play to change what people do – and how they do it – every day, in order to create a simplicity culture
