Join Mike Campbell and 25 Senior Change Leaders from the likes of Asda, Barclays, BUPA, GSK, Royal Mail, Transport for London, Telefonica and Vodafone to discuss:

“Why structural simplification only gets you so far. For a truly simple organisation, you need to change how your people work and behave day to day”

Mike Campbell is a business leader with broad international experience in a variety of sectors. His career was built around leadership, people, change, culture, growth and delivering success in both line and support roles, including his formative years within HR.

Most recently Mike has been part of the easyJet executive team, where simplification has been at the heart of delivering the company’s growth aspirations.

Mike will share:

  • How structural simplification can only get you so far
  • Why you’re asking for trouble by not aligning culture, capability and knowledge behind a collective vision for simplicity
  • Finally, the role leaders must play to change what people do – and how they do it – every day, in order to create a simplicity culture

Following Mike’s session, there will be a Q&A and group discussion.
